Remove and confirm the attic is empty
Outside nesting season a one-way exclusion door lets the squirrels out and stops them returning. Where a litter is present we remove the young by hand and reunite them so the mother leaves with them rather than chewing a new way back in.
Repair, seal and check the wiring
Damaged soffit and fascia is rebuilt, openings are covered with heavy gauge metal secured on every edge, and vents are properly screened. We then inspect the wiring runs and trim back the branches giving access to the roof.
